经过几天学习后，Armed with his newfound knowledge, Arp set out to capture the world around him. He went to the city center, where he saw a group of people gathered around a street vendor. The vendor was surrounded by police officers, who were trying to persuade him to move his stall.

Arp watched from a distance, taking note of the situation. He noticed that the police were using an unusual tactic - they were surrounding the vendor with their bodies, creating an "angry mob" effect without actually doing anything physical. Arp had an idea and approached one of the officers.

"Excuse me," Arp said, "I'm here to document this scene for my microfilm project. Can I ask you some questions?"

The officer looked at him suspiciously but agreed to answer Arp's questions. Arp asked about their tactics and why they were using this method instead of simply moving the vendor away or issuing a fine.

"We're trying not to create any more conflict than necessary," explained one officer. "We want everyone involved in this incident as witnesses."

Arp nodded thoughtfully and continued observing from afar while documenting everything on camera.

As he watched over time, he realized that there was no resolution in sight despite all parties agreeing that it was best if both sides moved forward amicably after having reached some sort of agreement through dialogue rather than confrontation alone.

After several days following up on these events (and learning how important patience can be), P finally decided it would be better for everyone involved if things ended peacefully before involving law enforcement further; so when P left home early morning next day again carrying DV with small bag full
